The qualifications:
HR Officer

1. Male/Female, max 30 years old
2. Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Law or Psychology from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
3. Experience min. 1 year in related position.
4. Knowledge and understanding about legal and human resource.
5. Proficiency in computer (Office)
6. Active in English both written and oral
7. Good interpersonal and organization skill
8. Proactive, initiative, result oriented, and problem solver.

IT Operations Staff

1. Male/Female, max 30 y.o
2. Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
3. Experience min. 1 year in related position.
4. Knowledge and understanding about LAN protocols, WAN infrastructures, ITIL, Service Management practices & procedures, Airplane applications, Terminal Emulators and data communications technologies such as DSL, ISDN, Leased Lines, IP VPN, Frame Relay and ATM.
5. Able to support and troubleshoot Ethernet networks, understand how to install and configure servers and workstations
6. Proficiency in computer (Office)
7. Active in English both written and oral
8. Good interpersonal and organization skill
9. Proactive, initiative, result oriented, and problem solver

Implementation Engineer

1. Experienced min. 3 years in the same job field
2. Have In Depth knowledge of Server Hardware (HP,IBM), Network Equipment (CISCO) and software (Windows)
3. Experience handling sensitive computer electronics
4. Knowledge of server configuration (BIOS, RAID)
5. Some shell programming/scripting skills (Bash, Batch, etc) in high volume environment.
6. Must be at least CCNA certified and understand Firewall configuration.
7. Database knowledge (MS SQL Server) would be desirable
8. Networking understanding (NAT, PAT, DHCP, PXE, FTP, HTTP, SSH, physical setup)
9. Strong troubleshooting and researching skills for both hardware and software issues
10. Great leadership skills with ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members
11. Ability to work under strong time pressure and travelling to different sites across Indonesia.
12. Experience in dealing with a multiple projects at the same time with a proper prioritization
13. Ability to read and create a technical documentation (in both English and Indonesia Bahasa).
