Job Title: Senior Production Operator

Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION

Onsite responsibility for efficient operation of gas and condensate production, inlet gas separation, dehydration and utilities systems in Arun Production Operation area. responsible for daily activities, safety and life support equipment, emergency and shutdown equipment, execution of emergency drills and safety checks to provide a safe operation. Special emphasis is placed on work management procedures. Assists coordination of maintenance and contractor activities to ensure a safe facility. Work scopes include safe operations of Arun Operation facilities with the application maintenance and other resources for optimum result.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma Degree or Technical High School in Engineering
2. 7-10 years of operations experience in oil and gas industry, with 3 years sour gas experience.
3. has working knowledge on producing operations.
4. has the ability to work effectively with other related crafts and/or sections.

Job Title : CCR Operator

Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION
Operate APO CCR facilities and communication with other production personnel to ensure production is always optimum to meet gas demand. Maintain a safe operation and incident free work place at power generation turbine, Potable Point "A" Scrapper Trap facilities and act as temporary Command Center during an emergency before Point "A" Command Center takes over command.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Comply with all OIMS, CIMS, ISMS and Regulatory requirements set by EMOI.
2. Interact with all APO Clusters, SLS, NSO Platform control rooms, Maintenance Technician, Technical PT. Arun, PIM and Pase Triangle
3. Prepare and issue accurate daily APO production morning report in timely manner.
4. Identify potential deliverability issues (e.g. high 42 inch Pipeline pressure and National Project gas demand) and coordinate with all APO operations. Technical and PT. Arun to manage as required.
5. Reconcile daily Field and PT. Arun Plant production balance against reported APO gas supply to ensure all produced gas is accounted.
6. Coordinate and conduct maintenance pigging program on 42 inch, 16 inch and 10 inch pipeline from Point "A' to PT. Arun.
7. Provide direction to all APO production Clusters, SLS, NSO Platform, and Pase triangle for volume adjustment/reduction in case of PT. Arun upset.
8. Act as communication center for any incident/accident in APO operations
9. Coordinate personnel movement to Clusters at night time
10. Maintain APO CCR operating areas clean to prevent and reduce accidents
11. Develop and revalidate APO CCR related operating procedures to meet Competency Assurance Standard
12. Read, understand and follow all approved related Safety and operating procedures whenever required
13. As a member of Operation Team, seek advice and assistance from immediate supervisor on training development plan, Competency Assessment/Roadmap, and personal related matters
14. Maintain safe operations

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Non degree with more than 30 years of related experiences.
2. Have production operations skills.

Job Title : Chemist
Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION

To take and analyze samples and report the results in accordance with QP&G and the DIAF requirements. To assist in the maintenance of the APO laboratory quality systems to QP&G and DIAF standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow and comply with all ExxonMobil policies and procedures.
2. Maintain a safe, neat, and tidy laboratory and conduct all work in safe manner.
3. Comply with all QP&G and DIAF requirements.
4. Understand and follow in a competent manner, the approved standards, test methods, processes and procedures that are identified within the Laboratory Quality Manual (LQM).
5. Perform sampling and laboratory analysis of consumable chemicals, gas, condensate, jet fuel, diesel fuel, lube oil, seal oil, produced well water, drinking water, and other analysis as required.
6. Implement the quality assurance and quality control requirements for each test method to ensure QP&G and DIAF compliance.
7. Ensure all measurements are accurate and within the required tolerance of the method used. When deviations are found, report the problem, recommend solutions and implement the solutions/corrective actions.
8. Ensure all raw analytical data, reports, and procedures are completely documented and well organized.
9. Proactively maintain, calibrate and/or verify the performance of all laboratory equipment as required in the QCPS.
10. Identify and report laboratory quality issues and problems with sampling, test equipment and test result.

2. Work experience 20 years in chemical analysis.
